Return & Refund Policy
At Living Blue, we are proud to offer handmade, high-quality products crafted by artisans in Bangladesh. We value customer satisfaction and want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
You provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Note: Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are a natural result of handcrafting and the use of natural dyes like indigo. These are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom or made-to-order items
Gift cards or digital vouchers
Final sale or clearance items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at livingblue.nijera@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund (including shipping costs).
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of the status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if you’d like a replacement.
7. International Orders
If you are ordering from outside Bangladesh:
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
